These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cassette platform operated by Cassette Media, Inc. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to distribute unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems or those of others.
3. Content ownership
You retain all rights to the media you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process and deliver that media solely as needed to provide the Services.
4. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Delivery volume beyond your plan's allowance may incur additional charges as described on the pricing page.
5. Availability
We work to keep the Services available and performant, but we provide them on an "as is" basis without warranties except where required by law. Service-level commitments, if any, are set out in your plan.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required to protect the platform or other users.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email before they take effect.
